    Tool Not the Greatest

    This is a good product with a good price. It is just a little hard to install. The tool that comes with it that aids in taking of the locking washer doesn't fit very well. I was able to get the locking washer off but putting the new one back on was a different story. I had to file the ears that contact the washer to make them fit. For a one time deal it isn't that bad but if I had to use this tool more than once, I would definitely throw this one away and buy something that works better. No instructions were included with my order. Luckily, I was able to find some Youtube videos that showed me how to install the kit. Because of the difficulty of using the tool, I can only give it four stars.

    Very Good

    The Uncle Mike's sling swivel set for Mossberg 500 and Maverick 88 is a quality product at a reasonable price. It comes with easy to follow instructions and is not hard to install. It's just what I needed, now I can put a sling on my shotgun. You won't be disappointed with this product.

    Great shotgun sling attachment

    This works great for attaching a sling to a Mossberg 500 12ga shotgun. I was very happy with the end result although the cap retaining nut/washer is a bit difficult to remove and install. It seems a bit pricey for what you get, but gun parts usually are. I recommend it highly but suggest shopping around and find the best price.

    BUT IT AGAIN

    I thought all that I needed was the mag tube fastener with the sling adapter so I initially thought the price was on the high end. BUT, I soon realized that I very much also needed the clip retainer removed that was in the original mag tube fastener!

    Easy sling addition

    This kit makes it easy to add a sling to the Mossberg 500A or Maverick 88 12 gauge shotgun. In turn, carrying my shotgun got a whole lot easier when I'm not actually shooting it.
