Not only was your communication practically nonexistent — I had to message you multiple times with no response — but the item I received was clearly used, despite being listed as new (or without that being clearly stated). That’s misleading and unacceptable. If you're going to sell on eBay, you need to be upfront about the condition of your items and actually respond to buyer messages. This felt careless and unprofessional from start to finish.
