    dripping with eerie atmosphere

    This game is an amazing atmospheric journey through strange encounters with irradiated beasts, lawless mercenaries and tough as nails military men...even on the normal setting the gameplay is never easy or predictable....the audio is top notch and the suspense and tension is unbelievably strong...which is the mark of a great game, in my opinion....this is the game that inspired and spawned a host of imitators down through the years since it came out in 2007....you will not regret buying this game, but be warned, it will scare the hell out of you...

    Cheap thrills!

    Despite being an aged game, it is still fun to play. Adding some of the mods makes it better still and there will be a follow-on game near the end of 2011!
