This is a high quality hiking pack. I am looking forward to many years of use. I have owned several packs over the years and this one is by far the most versatile and convenient to use. I also like the fact that it can be customized by adding other Maxpedition gear. I highly recommend it for outdoor day trips.

Great bag, needs improvement
Great bag except for the shoulder strap of the sling. It literally has no, I repeat no padding. If you don't have much in the bag it's fine, but if you put a decent amount of stuff that might weigh the bag down, the shoulder strap will really get to you and give no support.
