Seller stated the item would be shipped within 24 hours and would arrive in 4 days but the item took 4 days just to ship out and 9 days to arrive. Could have been a little faster hence the $66 shipping cost but besides that I had no issues and would definitely recommend the seller. 👍

    High quality sound, comfortable, easy to set up

    Super easy to set up, took me 15 minutes at most (granted I had the driver pre-installed). The sound quality and EQ options make for a great experience both in-game and in chat. The music quality is good, just like its previous models bass is not its strong suit, but after some equalizing, I personally still enjoy listening to music with it. Continues to live up to the comfortability standard set by previous models, the strap is easy to adjust and the ear muffs are soft. It is a little bit smaller than my Arctis 7 (model from a few years back), but its flexibility means it can likely fit snug on a head of any size (however mine is on the smaller end). Would recommend to anyone looking for a quality headset, I've trusted SteelSeries to enhance my gaming experience for years and haven't ...

    One of the best premium headphones on the market

    Great product! It's very comfortable and the sound quality is amazing. The spatial sound and the ability to connect to two devices at the same time is game changing. The only thing I dislike about it is how the earcups push against the cartilage in my ears, which can be uncomfortable. This can be avoided however by taking the headphones off for a few minutes every hour or two. Other than that this is a perfect product. Highly recommend!

    Great item, provides good sound quality with abundance of features that are customizable with the software. Comfortable head band, but slightly heavy on the ears, but only after 2+ hrs of continuous use. Otherwise, great product and would recommend.

    Has hiccups and limitations that may be an issue with daily use... except I use these daily at the office. Those hiccups and limitations become almost entirely irrelevant in an office setting and I love these headphones for that. It's not every day you find a headset that lets you hear your personal phone (Bluetooth), your work computer (USB), and even a handheld game console you play during lunch (3.5mm audio) AND do all that with active noise cancellation. Best purchase in a long time.
