    the best 35mm bridge camera made.

    I have 3 of these and they all work very well. If you're a beginner looking to try 35mm film before they stop making it, you may want to give the Olympus IS-3 a try. I wouldn't bother with the number 1,2, or 5 models as this one is the best. Although an odd-looking quirky camera the IS-3 provides an excellent, sharp and contrasty lens that ranges from 35mm to 180mm. About the only thing I don't care for in this camera is the inability to set the iso manually. The camera will read the film cassettes and determine the speed from it, which is something I don't care for. Considering you can pick these cameras up for a song, usually less than $65 working, they are quite a bargain.

    Old Technology

    This is a product of a bygone time, but still usable. I purchased it and loaded it with a particular film. I intend to use it for moments when I want b&w film of particular scene, without having to change lens. Good for a hobbyist.

    Excellent collectible 35 mm cameras.

    It was reviewed in Popular Photography magazine two decades ago as excellent and big zoom AF lens. It was not made yet into Digital SLR cameras with same big zoom AF lenses, yet.
