Heavy horror with bizarre storylines!
Book of Blood is, in my opinion, more entertaining than The Midnight Meat Train because the storyline is more engaging. I don't care much for splatter horror, though, so whoever prefers gore in their horror might think differently. Book of Blood just has deeper and more complex plot than does The Midnight Meat Train; however, both movies are worth the money to purchase.
