Seller REFUSED to refund the amount and kept insisting on a 10% refund, even though it clearly says under the item description that they will provide a full refund if item is received damaged or dead. I am a plant collector and I have purchased from many sellers from all over the world and this seller is by far the worse customer service I have received. It’s a FRAUD. You have been warned.
