      Dude packed it like a brick and I appreciate that, and the item had it's og packaging as well. Its as described with pretty new condition except for the S key which I could live with since it is cosmetic. The value of the computer was really good compared to prices of new stuff so I am happy with this purchase. Shipping was weird and got delayed a whole weekend but that was all due to usps from what I can tell so seller was perfect for this order. Would buy from again.

      This laptop wasn't my first pick and I found a few that I preferred over this one, however the seller had excellent communication and responded before anyone else did, this was the selling point for me as I felt that if something was wrong with the laptop or something happened during shipping the seller would help to solve the issue, the seller even came down on there price due to the shipping cost of a 17inch laptop, I very rarely leave feedback but this one was deserved, 5 star seller
