Based on ... “Orient Watch Japan produced the unique Chrono Ace beginning in 1969 until the early 70s. Based on the exclusive in-house 429 movement, it runs a steady 18000 BPH, with 27 jewels, 40-hour power reserve, with hand and automatic winding. The 9-facet cut crystal has scratches and needs polishing or replacement. The green sunburst dial stands out with applied gold toned stainless beveled indices with white inlays, applied Seiko brand and logo, split gold day/date window, and gold baton hands with white inlays and a white second hand. The 37 x 41 x 12 mm stainless comfort case has scratches that could be polished out. The Orient logo case back shows light scratches. A signed O (Orient crown) and quick-set push date crown completes its classic 70s look. The signed 18 cm Milanese mesh bracelet has been cleaned. A very nice example of this original Orient Chronoace from Japan for your collection.”
