While the battery and usb cable are new, the first red flag that this phone is not new was that the user manual was not included. Furthermore, an aftermarket screen protector was installed, not the original one. When the internal menus were consulted, they revealed that the phone has over 12,000 minutes and thousands of calls! Really impressed with the battery life
My previous phone was the Galaxy S3. Coming to the Galaxy s5, I was very surprised how well the battery life lasts. I've been using it for 2 weeks now and I've never had to charge it before the end of the day. With my s3, it always ran out of battery by the end of the day. I noticed some differences from the Galaxy s3. For example, you can't mute the phone from just pressing and holding the on/off button, having the box pop up and choosing that option. You have to unlock your phone and drag down the top menu to mute it which isn't as convenient. You can also press the volume button, too, to mute it but it has to be unlocked for that, too. The product was received by me on January 20th but had been shipped to my US address since December 24. The phone is just fine and works and looks new. The only problem is that for some reason the charger just CANNOT fit into the phone's port. I have tried with some force but it REFUSES to enter. I do not want to add more force lest I damage the phone. Luckily I have a micro cord for my external drive that I used and it fits. That is my problem.
