Before its arrival , the local courier emailed me…they’d like specific instructions about the delivery please. I provided DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS ABOUT ACCEPTABLE HOURS AND DAYS. These were IGNORED so three different days attempts were made when delivery wasn’t possible. Why ask if the instructions aren’t followed? Such a waste of time and effort.
