    Works for the immune system.

    I have been taking these once a day(per the directions) for 2 months. Then a family member got the flu, I still caught the flu from them but it was just moderate body aches and a cough and congestion. I decided to up the dosage to 4 pills a day during the flu symptoms. It was for 2 days that I took 4000 mg a day. It resulted that I hardly ever got a fever and I did not get a cold suring this weak flu. In the past when I got the flu, it was severe. However, that was during the time I wasn't committed to taking vitamin c daily.

    Great Vitamin C Supplement

    Best Vitamin C immune health product on the market. Costs a bit more, worth it. We rarely get colds and when we have this diminishes symptoms and misery, even in winter. Also, the healing of minor scrapes and wounds is greatly improved by Ester C. Of course this is strictly my opinion, ymmv. Give it a try if you are plagued during cold and flu season.

    Take one a day that's all you need. I've been taking this for over a year and haven't even had a cold. Before this I was getting a cold two, three times a year, and a bad sinus infection every year without doubt.

    I have taken this for years. I feel that the big doses of vitamin C build up the immune system. I usually get them at Walmart, however with this pandemic I have avoided local stores at my age. So for me it was worth the little bit of extra money.
