Low volume / oops human error
'Sound quality is good and clear but the volume feels like it is at half when turned up to full. Shocking because I always relied on this brand. Certainly not one of their finest creations. I bought 2 I was so sure I'd like them. Oh well.' Take that back. Rewind. I found the audio control in my player - made some adjustments and 'BOOM'! There's the volume I was missing. Incredible grooves while listening to Maxwell, Madonna and J pump the way I expected from Plantronics! Great headset!

Good but have had better
They're very nice, light weight, and they fit well, but the sound was not there for me, I tried wearing them in my office they were fine but once out on the floor (Automotive Ford facility) they seemed lower in quality when your in a louder area and that's why I say the sound was not there for me. I know the sound won't be the same but I have had other like a wired and unwired pair of Sony's that did better.😕

I bought the product and it did come in the original packaging and properly, but the audio quality is very poor in a way that can not be ignored. (As if it comes through a hollow tube) Maybe the audio problem only exists in the headphones I got as a result of a defect. Anyway I sent a message to the headphone manufacturers to get ideas for a solution

Brought for someone else. They are very pleased with them. Especially the fit for the ears, see they have very small ears and been having problems finding earbuds that would fit amd stay in These were perfect for that.

Light, Easy, Convenient, Sound Quality is good.
I had the previous banded version and it was good until one of the ears starting not working...This new bandless version is better -- so more getting caught in any headgear I might wear (especially in winter) and the charging case is much easier that the plug version where the door eventually broke on the last pair...Time will tell but for now I am very pleased with these.

Most comfortable headphones for exercising in.
These headphones are wonderful and clear sounding. I have the around the neck model also and swap them out as batteries need charging. They stay in place during various activities like biking, walking, jogging. Reasonably priced and good warrantee.
