    Item was sold as “new” and was received as “reconditioned” from the manufacturer. I could have bought directly from the manufacturer for $40.00 less if I was looking for a reconditioned unit. The seller misrepresented the item as new in the sell and has not responded to my communications concerning the item after it was delivered. Reconditioned is not “NEW”. The item is in working order but I don’t appreciate overpaying for a previously used item.
