Upon receipt I tried the dress on to no avail. It is too small. Checked the label & discovered the Chinese sizing scale was used. That information should have been included in the ad. I do not believe this omission was intentionally made to deceive a buyer but the result is the same. I did notify the seller. No assistance was offered.
