    contacted the seller stating that the order was damaged and contents missing. I asked for replacement product. I stated that i could send a picture of the packaging. Never receive a response from the seller only a notice from eBay that I'm getting a refund. I still would like the product; can I order again? Is this a problem that the seller is experiencing on an ongoing basis? It would have been nice to get some kind of response, poor customer service.

    Refunded the buyer within 48hrs after receiving notice of damaged package. Not sure what else to do when the USPS is at fault here
