First I bought Universal charger (with 8 pc convertor) but 4.5mm was not included. If I wanted 4.5mm I have to buy 20pc convertor option which cost $20. So I gave the AC charge to my wife who uses Acer laptop. I purchased this 4.5 mm fitting. It is perfect. Dell and HP has 4.5mm fitting but the length is different, so not exactly match

Buyers should make sure the 4.5mm barrel tip is not for the HP 4.5mm (blue tip) as the Dell one is slightly shorter. The seller answered questions very promptly. A+++.
