    So I can't give five stars on the actual description because the seller mistakenly thought the house kit was brand new, never been opened. Once I got the box and opened it, I found that it had been already messed with, ie painted parts, open pieces strung about the box, unorganized mess😩. After contacting the seller and sending pics of the box/pieces they profusely apologized and gave me a FULL refund and said just keep the items. NOW THAT IS HOW YOU HANDLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am very pleased!

    Unfortunately, the order was cancelled by eBay without any explanation and the whereabouts of the item is unknown. And as far as i know the item hasn't been returned to the sender. A most unsatisfactory, if not an outrageous outcome. Ebay have some explaining to do, not least to detail where the item is and why it can't be reurned to the sender.
