    Super awesome seller, had a delay in shipping because of ups but arrived fine at 41hrs from when seller shipped but lost one because of balder issue and seller helped with what to do but still passed and did get refunded for that one so make sure you communicate when it shows up as you see the number to the store is on the box and the seller does really care and make sure you check with ups on the path of where they will fly to and check that city’s weather so there’s no delays! Helps the seller

    The fish arrived on time with secure packaging. They showed some shipping stress and had coloring different from what I expected, but that’s likely stress coloration. After an acclimating soak, they transitioned smoothly into my tank and seem to be doing well. The seller was very helpful, answering all my questions and accommodating special requests. Overall, I’m really happy and would definitely order from this seller again.

    Realizing the fish were going to arrive late, I immediately contacted the seller my concerns. Sire enough they did When he finally arrive 2 days late and were both DOA. I immediately sent the seller with these photographs and a short summary of hat occured. Both fish were laying in an empty clear plastic cake slice container which were empty of water but were submerged inside a plastic bag less than half full. When the seller contacted me he informed me that I they were not responsible.

    Extremely difficult and dishonest buyer. Claimed fish arrived dead but refused to provide any photos or videos. Gave a phone number asking to resolve off eBay, then sent threatening messages days later with no evidence. I offered a refund if proper proof was sent, but buyer refused. Very disrespectful behavior. Sellers beware!
