    Price of the item was a good deal, but it showed up poorly packaged, especially when considering the price for shipping. The extra items in the pictures weren't packaged, were loose on the machine, including in the cabinet, and many were on the shipping truck's floor. The motor showed up bent and with the capacitor knocked off. They never took any responsibility for any of it, and it was up to me to follow up with the shipper to try to get some of my money back. Good service is officially dead.

    Inaccurate remarks: Item was packed properly for its nature. Cargo damage occurs sometimes. Item was fully insured, and claim was filed with insurer on customer's behalf. Customer failed to provide a written repair estimated to justify the amount claimed.
