Shimano BB-UN55 Bottom Bracket JIS Square Taper 70mm x 122mm Italian Sealed
I have had several experiences with the sealed Shimano bottom brackets and they are all positive. You will need a Shimano cup socket to tighten it down but are fairly easy to install, just watch your threads. They are made well, usually aluminum, are very low maintenance and fit well. I used this one to replace an old cup, ball and spindle BB on a 80's bike build and it worked out very well. Just make sure of your spindle size, if applicable, your bikes bottom bracket size , order accordingly and you will be good to go.
