(e.g., an obscure BIOS setting) They will treat you fairly and make sure you're happy. I think this was a very good value buy and I feel good about reducing e-waste. I'd happily recommend them if they're selling any laptops you're interested in. Thank you!

The top right corner was smashed. It was decently packaged so not sure exactly what happened from packaging through transit to cause this.
