    When the hitch was delivered, the box was in pretty rough shape. Thought the contents seemed ok. Upon installation, the 2 L brackets to hold the distribution bars in place were missing. Full transparency, I bypassed contacting the seller and contacted CURT. Upon verification that the hitch was purchased through an authorized seller, they sent the L brackets and I received them in just a few days. I stand behind CURT and AUTHORIZED SELLERS of their products.
