When I opened it the PC was well packed in bubble wrap. I did notice on the side it does look like it was scratched and covered up with a sharpie. But other than that the PC is working great, It was easy to set up. It was worth the price. I am glad I can upgrade in the future. Over all appearance of the PC is great I like that I can change the led lights.
