    This seller offered this item as "new". However, when I received this item, it was not in its original packaging, and it did not include instructions or a registration card. It should have been listed as a "new other" open-box item. Ebay clearly states that when an item is posted as "new," it should be in unopened retail packaging. I was misled and consequently overpaid. The seller refused to provide any assistance in resolving this issue. BUYER BEWARE!

    The item was sold exactly as shown. You did not overpay. We take pride in being the most competitive price on Ebay and offered an even lower price than asking. You bought ours because it was the lowest price you could possibly find. Your hissy fit about a box or manual is ridiculous. The first thing you do after buying a tool is take it out of the box and throw it away. Who reads the manual for a drill?! It's not necessary to register a tool. It was a $42 Milwaukee drill...don't be dumb.
