    This bike was quickly shipped by the seller and was delivered by FedEx in a week. The box had some minor shipping damage but the bike and accessories were well packed and padded inside and everything was in great shape. The bike itself has better than expected quality for an inexpensive e-bike with a white pearl coat paint finish and much stainless steel hardware. This bike is certainly a great value and I am looking forward to riding it. Thanks!

    Item is not as described. The product description, gave instructions for mounting with the mounting bracket. One would only assume the product comes with the described mounting bracket. I contacted the seller and requested the bracket be sent assuming it was forgotten by mistake. They said they would request one be sent, but then contacted me back the following day stating the request was denied. They then wanted me to send it back and wait for a refund? Horrible customer service! Buyer Beware!
