If only it had more seasons
I generally don't do reviews, but this is without a doubt the best, original series I've seen in years. I've spent days watching nothing but the bonus features, which are absolutely amazing. The level of talent behind this series is unprecedented in my opinion. Totally original soundtracks, story lines and artistry. I've never seen such an amazing use of green screens! The art department is so talented that unless I knew in advance I would have thought everything was real world. I just can't say enough good about this series and the folks behind it. Not to take anything away from the rest of the cast, but I have (admittedly) been a fan (I simply adore her) of Amanda Tapping forever. I can't guarantee everyone will hold my same opinion of this show, but if you were to watch nothing more than the bonus features, I think you'd come away with a great appreciation of the level of talent behind this show. This was definitely a team effort with no massive egos to be stroked. My only disappointment is that there weren't many, many more seasons.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great series but terrible box set
There is nothing but glitches with the discs they freeze and have pixels coming up on a regular basis and that's just the first 2 seasons who knows if the rest are any good because they are a different region code and that's just ridiculous. Wish There Were More Seasons!
Was hooked with 1st season! Strong characters (including the “Sanctuary” itself!), episode storylines...each so sci-fi unique and engaging. Happily binged-out with snacks and never ending anticipation for the next season adventures. Good ending to the series, too, which was a bonus, as there are those that come to a sad, wimpy end. Lol!
