    When the puzzle finally arrived after 2 weeks, the puzzle box had broken sides and pieces had spilled out into the shipping box. The description from the listing said "no missing pieces". We decided to count all the pieces, since the bottom of the shipping box wasn't taped all the way through to make sure that no pieces had gotten out. After taking all the pieces out, there was a written note on the bottom that said "4 missing pieces". I never would have bought a puzzle with 4 missing pieces.
