However, I can not give a better review than neutral because the item was not as pictured and there was no notation in the add that this was a stock photo.

I am still trying to return the item since the description was wrong, but the only option provided cost's ME $$ for an issue that was NOT my fault... I find that un fair and want EBAY to help as I have written seller and he admits their bad, but it will cost me for their issue???
