Good Value, Great Wok
I used a carbon steel wok for many years. It had an aluminum lid that vanished when I moved. The best feature about the missing lid was that it did not rust as did the wok. Yes, I coated the wok with oil to hold down the rust but it left a crummy looking wok that, on occasion , was a little sticky and rancid of smell. Stainless leaves those problems behind and this Winco Wok is polished so that it approaches performance found in non-stick ware. This Winco Wok is riveted and I expect a very long life.
