I placed my order but realized they are local, and was able to arrange pickup that was quick and easy and completely avoided the stress of shipping. Each crab was individually packaged in their own bags with netting which kept them safe during the short car ride home. They are all healthy and immediately began feasting after acclimating them. I will continue doing business with this seller locally, and very much recommend them.

My shipment arrived quickly but was missing one fish plus a doa. I emailed the company and they took care of it right away; without any issues they overnighted the missing plus the replacement fish. They did a good job with packing and securing the fish for mailing; shipping cost was combined which is a plus. I am a very satisfied customer and I will def use them again in the future. 5 stars!!

Communicates promptly has great pricing the quality of his Apistos are phenomenal. He does a great packing job with a quick shipping. I have ordered from him several times and have always been happy. Fish have always arrived, healthy, lively, and color up quickly. I never had a DOA. I would highly recommend him

Additionally, there was an unfortunate shipping issue with my order. The shipper had, unfortunately, either lost the package or killed the fish during transport. However, on my side it had looked like the package was never sent. The seller took care of it IMMEDIATELY and sent a replacement with expedited shipping at zero extra cost. Best customer service I’ve ever received!!
