Then would conk off and not turn back on until I plugged it into the wall socket to recharge. I reached out to Bluetti &was advised that I should either give it a solid 24 hours to do a full complete charge; if not, need a firmware update; if not, return no prob. 24 hour full charge did the trick! Last about 3 to 5 nights, 5āš

There was no outer damage on the first unit they sent, but the replacement had a small scuff on top. Of course, it doesn't affect anything and I will scuff it up even more.
