    the first one was defective but they sent a replacement and it works good and the seller stands by his word i tested 2 cpu 2 different memory and power supply on the first defective one like they asked second replacement they sent took a little extra time and they even tracked it leaving me updates and when it arived i tested it and everything worked with no problems and they stand behind their word negative replacement took longer then the first one

    Longevity of Xeon is still King

    Been using these for the past year in various builds, but now specifically for folding@home machines. Love these processors. Xeons are some of the best silicon when they were first made. They were used in servers for a reason.....Longevity. If you can find some of the cheap Chinese motherboards with the X79 chipsets you won't have any issues with this processor.
