    the first one was defective but they sent a replacement and it works good and the seller stands by his word i tested 2 cpu 2 different memory and power supply on the first defective one like they asked second replacement they sent took a little extra time and they even tracked it leaving me updates and when it arived i tested it and everything worked with no problems and they stand behind their word negative replacement took longer then the first one

    Purchased for a for a low cost server build.

    This CPU was just the right price to buy to test a motherboard and to run an entry level server. With eight 2.2 GHz cores, Hyper Threading (HT), and 20 MB L3 cache it was perfect for the price I paid. It was used but arrived like new and in good condition. Not really for gaming but perfect for applications that take advantage of multiple cores like adobe Photoshop and other popular application titles. One thing to remember with Intel Xeon processors is that they pair good with lots of main system RAM, 4 GB is a minimum for the computer to run just the OS.
