      For me it's 5-star because it's so hard to find Luden's Honey Lemon without menthol (just pectin). I don't use it for cough/sore throat. Because I have sinusitis,this formula is great for loosening phlegm.I discovered this years ago. I decided to "go for it" and order 24 bags of 90-count drops.Maybe it sounds crazy,but I saved a ton of money and i'm set for "life".
