It IS a bit heavy, so keep that in mind, but it is definitely worth it for the quality it offers. I love that almost all of the outlets are on the front, that’s a big plus over other brands. It is in great condition, you’d never know it is refurbished. Looks brand new. Do keep in mind that Ebay requires a signature on delivery for any item over $400, (which I was not aware of) but I was out of town so it took 3 daily delivery attempts by Fed Ex.

It runs my pool in the summer (above ground) and even runs an air conditioner for a few hours on very hot days. With 700 electric bills a month in Taxachusetts, you need to do some drastic changes. I bought 4 and use them and cut my bill in half. They charge quickly also - so absolutely thrilled. Plus I can shut off the pool from inside the house while I am monitoring the input/output of the batteries. I've tried others but prefer this for sure!

Being "referbished" and heavy it's not worth returning. Mostly cosmetic. Functionality wise? Works great but the app is a bit convoluted, definitely designed for a different market and translated to English. Remotely accessing it is kinda cool. Just the battery alone is great, no issues there. Can be used without account or wifi, just using Bluetooth and the app in guest mode.

It took a little while but the seller was happy to exchange it for a replacement, and so far the replacement has been working well. The seller responded to all my inquiries pretty quickly. There was no outer damage on the first unit they sent, but the replacement had a small scuff on top.
