- g***m (392)- Feedback left by buyer.Past yearVerified purchaseThe Refurbished Batteries are good—The Refurbished AC300 unit i got was defective and took me 25 days to get it replaced and running—Communication is terrible as it goes 1 email a day so takes forever to get things done—-spent about $800.00 in gas for generator waiting to get this taken care of —-They offered me a $60.00 adjustment for all my trouble—I told them that it was a Insult——I do have it up and running now and it works great—i would think about going new on the AC300 unit next time !!

It took a little while but the seller was happy to exchange it for a replacement, and so far the replacement has been working well. The seller responded to all my inquiries pretty quickly. There was no outer damage on the first unit they sent, but the replacement had a small scuff on top. Of course, it doesn't affect anything and I will scuff it up even more.
