Every package had been completely opened, used and then taped back up. The handles had scratches, scrapes and gouges in them. The internal rotators were gouged up. The latching mechanisms were marked up. Damage was not from shipping, rather it was from previous owner opening, using and then packaging back up for return. I contacted seller over 3 days to remedy. The seller never responded.
