    Metal base, 3d arms that move up/down, back/forward, in/out, firm foam wide seat, high-quality mesh back and mesh head rest. I'm 6'2 and 200lbs but this will easily take people 6'5 etc. Its really nice. The mesh back looks very nice, kinda like corduroy from some angles, and all the parts are incredibly high quality. Better than autonomous chairs. 2025 just started and I already know this is my best purchase yet.
