    The item I received was different from the one pictured on the seller's site. After engaging in a bit of back and forth correspondence with the seller pointing out that I intentionally selected the one pictured, and not the one I was sent, which was identical to that offered on other sites and that I did not want, I was given a full refund. The seller responded in this dialogue promptly and conscientiously, and ultimately was fully accommodating. Apparently an unintentional misrepresentation.

    okay

    although it was not the exact remote it did have the same model number and was larger than my broken one so I bought it. the fact that I have to continuously keep pressing the volume button in order to bring volume up and down is a bummer
