After engaging in a bit of back and forth correspondence with the seller pointing out that I intentionally selected the one pictured, and not the one I was sent, which was identical to that offered on other sites and that I did not want, I was given a full refund. The seller responded in this dialogue promptly and conscientiously, and ultimately was fully accommodating. Apparently an unintentional misrepresentation.
