I was only wanting a GoPro for my African safari but probably won’t use it much after that. So didn’t want to spend $400. Like everyone says, the outer box is torn up a bit, but who cares. The condition of the camera looks brand new, only missing protective lens film. As many have stated, the quality and appearance of the interior packaging and camera itself looks flawless and at best looks like an unused returned item. So far, happy with it all
