    When the hitch was delivered, the box was in pretty rough shape. Thought the contents seemed ok. Upon installation, the 2 L brackets to hold the distribution bars in place were missing. Full transparency, I bypassed contacting the seller and contacted CURT. Upon verification that the hitch was purchased through an authorized seller, they sent the L brackets and I received them in just a few days.     Rv ladder

    Fit perfectly - no instructions included - however it was pretty easy because we had another trailer nearby to use as a guide - suggest you include an instruction sheet with this item.

    Great Rv ladder

    I had to replace my damaged ladder. This was a different model so the holes didn’t line up. After removing the ladder cleaning all the old sealer of the camper it was a breeze to install this new ladder.
