Item is good quality but I expected it to have a deeper knurl based on the pictures from Rutters site but I guess difficult to judge from pictures on a small item like this. So it has done the job but to be honest I was a bit underwhelmed for the price. No issues with Speciality Guitars though, great seller would buy from them again.
