    As yet i have not received this item, so, I can't rate it. I have an issue with the delivery company ARAMEX. I asked them where my item was, and their response 'wait for an email'. I am not happy. All I want is my item delivered in the time frame they advised. I would think very carefully about having any item I purchase on eBay being delivered by this company again.

    The best Thunderbolt 3 dock I was able to find!

    Simply love this dock! It is so much better than my old CalDigit TS3 Plus! It is so easy to install and works like a charm. It has fewer ports than my old dock, but what I have is more than enough for my particular configuration. Read Dell quality.

    Great little docking station.

    Although I have used it some not as much as I would like it has worked perfectly. The unit is small enough it fit nicely under my display stand. It charges the Laptop and has a bunch of ports. So far so good, I like that plugging it 1 USB-C cable handles everything, Ethernet port, charging, USB ports, and the display. It's hard to ask for more. About the only thing that would maybe make it better is if like HP, you could drop the unit on the station and no cable is required. There are plus and minus to both and the amount of the charging for the XPS 17 9700 maybe more than the current tech could over come to provide feature. I would highly recommend the unit as so far it is working great.

    You can be a professional with a laptop!

    I do professional 3d modeling using a Dell precision 5550 and a 34 ultra wide monitor. This docking station allows me to connect my laptop to my desktop configuration with one single usb-c tb cable and that covers power, audio, video and data transfer. If you are using a non Dell device, the power supply drops to 90W, but that is still better than most TB docks in this price range, so even with non Dell device, this dock is one of the best out there.

    Excellent useful dock

    Great product that replaced my older WD16. The WD19 has an on off switch and an upgraded HDMI 2.0 port that were missing on the older dock. It is also slimmer and would be a better travel dock.
