Seller does not appear to have ever shipped item. Opened case with eBay. They then said they would ship. Days later, zero follow-up, despite more messages. Finally had to escalate the case to eBay for a final determination. I get the auction may have not gone the way they had hoped (bidding started at $1 ended not far from it), but that's no excuse to perpetually say they would still ship it out.
