I messaged the vendor multiple times, the vendor only replied one time when I got eBay involved. They ignored follow up messages. The actual delivery date was not as promised. Once the product arrived, it was in original packaging and is new as advertised. The shipper could have packed the 3 items better. They all came in one manilla envelope. Fortunately, nothing was damaged in shipping. I will avoid this vendor in the future.
