You could have measures and read the listing... Only 1925-1936ish pre-war covers had a 1-15/16" hole spacing. What you purchased was a late pre war cover, and they have a 2-1/32″ Screw Hole Spacing from center to center, and the description which goes on to say: "compatible with most Gibson style 75 Banjos made between about 1937 through about 1942" ... just FYI
