Big size is great for making lots of home french fries for grand kids. Cooked pork chops well. For fried type foods does not do well if stacked on top of each other. Basically even without reading the manual you can start using this unit. The capacity is great. The power I think must be higher than other brands as setting for recommendations on generic air fryer videos we've found that we need to cook 1 to 2 minutes less on average. Been trying to find someway to stop the splatter besides parchment paper is there something made of silicone that i can purchase? Cooked 2 chicken legs and it filled my house with smoke not good.
